An Evening in the Secret Garden

San Francisco Chic Fashion Week founder, Mario B. hosts ‘ A Black Tie Affair: An Evening in the Secret Garden’ Gala to benefit First Place for Youth May 7, 2011 at the beautiful Kaiser Rooftop Garden.

Philanthropy, fashion, and fun, takes place Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Kaiser Rooftop Garden in Oakland, CA. Hosted by Mario B. Productions, in conjunction with Dwight Wilson Associates, celebrity guests and models from the Mario B. Youth Fashion Program will grace the runway in sophisticated fashions, at A Black Tie Affair: An Evening in the Secret Garden.

The gala promises to be the event of the season and benefits Foster teens from First Place for Youth, an agency that assists teens transitioning into adulthood with support services before and after emancipation. An Evening in the Secret Garden will feature jazz, dancing, a silent auction, and a grand fashion show. The evening also highlights the accomplishments of Oakland City Council member Desley ‘Desi’ Brooks, the Chairperson of Oakland’s Life Enrichment Committee and will spotlight many Bay Area businesses and local restaurants during the opening hour-A Taste of the Bay.
